I called them on the special ad for $83 for a commode stoppage made a plain and clear to the receptionist of my issue. When the agent got here he tried to charge me $200 plus but as I said, forget it, he went and got his auger. And ultimately honored the $83 prize.

I am having a mixed (high/ low) experience I have a 4000 ft.² house. I was recommended a unit that works good only on the downstairs the guys who came in an install the system did a poor job, but I can say they have been working diligently to rectify the situation they haven’t sent a supervisor that the correct all problems that I’ve been having

ARS AC Technician Oscar was less an late in the Appointment window of between 10am to 2pm.
But, as ur Dispatcher Vasquez stated, Oscar is the only one working today, Sunday.
But, Oscar quickly identified the problem and solved it promptly.
Greatly appreciated the professionalism Technician Oscar did 🙏

ARS is a life saver for real. My AC went completely out in the hotest summer ever. ARS came out that very day. I know they were busy but they got the job done. Can't say enough. Christian Vega was fantastic. Made sure everything was fixed right.

ARS and their Plummer was very professional, very responsive, showed good quality and good values. The Plummer was on time, very knowledgeable with a nice personality. He was determined to get the job done. I will use ARS in the future should I ever need a professional plumber for my plumbing needs.

The call center agent Ebony was really helpful and pleasant. The lady that told me Mr. Oscar was coming was helpful as well. Mr. Oscar listened to everything I had to say and was able to get the problem fixed without any problems. Very professional and courteous and respectful of property. I had a great experience with this company. I recommend them very highly.

Cristian Vega came to install an A/C thermostat on behalf of the Home Depot’s installation service. Cristian was very professional, considerate and polite, even bringing my cat’s toy that had been left in the hallway back to him – even though he is highly allergic to the feline variety! Very outgoing, Cristian and I shared stories about our fur children, he has dogs, and dived into our photo gallery to compare the photogenic abilities of each. The thermostat has functioned flawlessly and is finally controlling our once out-of-control A/C unit that was activated by a mercury vial thermostat, original to the house, that had since lost its mercury (we don’t know how that was possible). I highly recommend – 100+ stars - Cristian for any job needed through ARS/Rescue Rooter of Houston South!

We had a tankless water heater installed. Our technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. He even offered to vacuum the carpet where insulation fell before they arrived. He also took the time to answer our questions before leaving.

A tech was supposed to come on a Sunday received call 30 minutes later stating they couldn’t come out got scheduled for that Monday called to confirm time from 9am to 1pm the tech called at about 12:30pm stating running behind I call about to for a follow up told me the tech was coming called about 3pm still no tech kept calling no clear answer about 6pm called told me that some will be coming a tech calls me about 7pm or so to him it was late called to file a complaint they rescheduled for the next Sunday since I work during the week a manager did call to apologize got me scheduled for that Saturday told him I refused to wait all day and I want to be the first customer well the tech came Saturday at about 8:30am the need to improve on service meaning hire more techs the tech that came out Saturday was professional he mentioned he was told about what happened.

The technician was awesome and very helpful! Called first thing in the morning and they came within a couple of hours. Fixed the problem with no issues.

To expensive. Over $700 to unclogged the drain pipes with out a guarantee unless we buy a $2000 purifier. Trying to see if it’s a good deal. Any one know about AC units?

The technician was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Sergio explained everything in detail and provided options to ensure we could make an informed decision. Including planning for our future needs.
The ARS technician Sergio exceeded my strict expectations. ARS technicians are the only company that we will use in the future.
In addition it should be noted the staff called to make sure we were updated of the technicians arrival.
I work in engineering and deal with all trades to support our projects. I hope this recommendation is helpful to anyone in a situation we experienced needing urgent AC work.
