Angel was able to resolve the issue during the same day. Dispatch gave calls to confirm the technician was on the way 40 mins prior. Quite expensive but they get the job done.

ARS did a great job replacing my outside water facet. It was a diccult job. First Mr. Dukes came out. After having trouble with the pipe, he told me that he was going to request his supervisor, Mr. Angel came out. Mr. Angel was able to finish the job in a very timely manner. He made sure there were no leaks or other issues. Both employees did a
fantastic job. I really applaud Mr. Dukes for knowing his limitations with the job and requested help instead of creating an additional problem. Someone else may have tried to do the repair and made it worse or not fixing it properly. Thank you, Mr. Dukes. I will be contacting ARS for my next plumbing problem.

I have used ARS/Rescue Rooter for two separate HVAC installations. The quality of the installation is exceptionally good with very competent work crews who care about the quality of the work being done. I also enjoyed talking to them and their supervisor who inspected the work when done.
