The install of the equipment it self was done in 2 days and very well done, however there was an issue with getting power to the thermostat. To ARS?s credit they worked as fast as possible to resolve the issue at no additional charge and once the part was installed the system worked flawlessly. Even though it did take another 5 or so days to complete I appreciate that they did not let this slip through the cracks and stayed on it until the job was done. The teams were all very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend.

Angel was very professional.
My only suggestion, re: ARS, not Angel who was the service person... I was told I'd receive a call the day before, but did not. And,
The blocked time for repair was 9A-12PM. And expected someone to come + to be finished by 12PM. Of course, my address always seems to be the LAST service within the time estimate... And, it literally took <15" for the service... Just saying, I would have been very happy to be the 1st service call, since we've been waiting for the part since July...

They replaced my A/C condenser and installed a new coil on furnace for the A/C, they descaled and cleaned my tankless water heater, they installed a new faucet replacing old all with expert knowledge, outstanding professionalism and with very quick response to an emergency A/C outage during 4th of July week. Very happy with them although price is not the lowest for anything. You get what you pay for!

The hot water boiler combi is flawlessly working. I have noticed some financial benefits, about $40 less for gas. The first year routine service showed no issues, major or minor.

This is not my first time using ARS. The system they installed for me last year is perfect! Silently worked the installation (since I work from home) cleaned up after they were done and walked me through the maintenance after completed. I called them today for the other unit in my house to help it work as well as the new unit. Love the team, love to company. Call ARS if you need assistance with any HVAC needs. You will be happy you did!

Super impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism. We had our water heater conk out over the weekend and I got a quote first thing Monday morning. By Tuesday at noon, the replacement was installed.

So I've used ARS before. Amazing service. There was a hiccup in my service call this time around. It took a whole day for them to get to me. BUT in their defense, they did schedule me for an hour after I called and before first shift came in. And I understand when you start your day short staffed, it's damn hard to catch up.
My call was not an emergency, so I am okay with what happened. Mainly because they called me and told me what was going on. People get sick, ish hits the fan. As long as im not freezing my butt off..we can work it out. It helped that they provided a coupon for a future service. Full disclosure and all.
I have an older home with steam radiators. The gentleman who responded to my service call, Kyle, was friendly, patient, and honest. My experience with all the staff I have interacted with at ARS has been positive. I am thankful Kyle took quite a bit of time to allow for my system to make the noise we had called about. He took that time to educate myself and my husband a little more about our heating system.
It didn't end up making the noise, but the probable issue that Kyle came up with makes sense, and if my boiler ever sounds like that again (like it's about to make a space launch lolololol) we have a plan and I know who to call.

ARS installed a new central air unit at my residence yesterday. The gentlemen that came were on time, professional and exceeded our expectations. It was raining outside and they cleaned my kitchen from footprints they tracked in from outside (wasn’t expecting that and it was so very nice of them) and swept up my hallway after they installed our thermostat.

ARS put in 2 HVAC systems in my house. Guys were professional, respectful and completed the job quickly. Would highly recommend. Updated after a couple months, service guys are competent and friendly. Still a fan. 3 months later - I've had several issues with my new HVAC systems. ARS team had been right on it and everything now resolved. Would recommend highly.
