Answered the phone at 5:45 am when I called and had a technician there shortly after when our water heater stopped working. Great service and very responsive. Repair was all under warranty as well.

Had my fall tuneup performed on a Lenox heat pump. The technician was excellent and explained everything that he was going to do. He discovered a mold problem in the air handler which he documented with pictures. He was able to remove it and install a UV filter to prevent reoccurrence. I was pleased with the service and professionalism and have a cleaner system.

We initially called another HVAC company which ended up in us calling again for an emergency call.
The team effort with ARS is excellent from the scheduling person (Juanita) to the service tech (Angel) the quality and concern are obvious right away.
Angel checked the whole system and diagnosed the issue in short order. He explained what he discovered and In no time fixed the problem.
I was so impressed that I purchased a service plan - which was very reasonably priced. It’s a nice relief to have ARS in our corner

My house ac stopped working. ARS came and the technician David was very nice and knowledgeable.everything was done fast and now I have ac working. He was here for about 30 minutes today. Only issue I have is that it was a 500.00 bill for a 50.00 part after researching. They were very good just a lot to pay on fixed income.

My central air stopped working. They came through same day. Switched out the compressor and BAM the AC was back up and running. Repair person was professional and answered all my questions.

Needed ac service done quick. I called ARS BOSTON & got Same day service during a heat wave! I Called 3 companies on 9/7 temp was 99 co 1) no availability co 2) wanted 499 fee for same day service
3) then there’s ARS BOSTON they came out with 1 hour of my call and although the issue couldn’t be resolved on site , the service tech was quick, efficient , and very knowledgeable. They came out for a small service fee of 149$ and quoted me on the repairs . They left me with an estimate and if I do the repairs with ARS the 149 fee is deducted from the cost of repairs. I will only call ARS BOSTON to service my heating and cooling needs from now on.

I am thankful for the professional responsiveness of this ARS team. They advised me on the correct HVAC, A/C and water heater for my home and had them installed & inspected much more quickly than I had anticipated. I would recommend their service to anyone in need of a new gas heating system.

Twice I've used this company for an aging system. Both times they immediately came and fixed the issue. They have been extremely professional and helpful. I've since signed up with them to do my annual maintenance. Very happy with service. Huge shout out to Aaron, Cody M., Devin, Nate and Jamie. These guys did excellent work installing a new furnace. Knowledgeable, friendly, clean. A+ to each and everyone!! Thank you!!!
