They are really a top notch company:
- they responded immediately to the inquiry
- they sent Brian, an experienced HVAC solutions salesman. He got it . We have a 1951-built house, with these 3.5 round spider leg ducts, heat only. We were told by other companies that those had to be replaced, and the result costed 2.5 x as much! He was the one who figured out if we ran a return duct up to the second floor, we could have A/C up to the second floor.
- we had oil and converted to gas, purchased a new gas-fired unit and new central A/C using the existing ducts
- the installers were top notch, worked non stop and were clean. They did not drag out the project. The communication between Brian and them was complete, they understood the various pieces of the scope.
- we had a small hiccup in the beginning getting the initial work scheduled, but after that the front office was communicative on when folks would be coming out and completing the project. Not just their own workers but also their subs (electricians in our case, we hired plumber separately).
- I m now sitting in central a/c! And no more 15 degree difference walking up to the second floor.
I highly recommend ARS from top to bottom. It s been both a pleasure and a relief having them work for us.

My entire experience with ARS was excellent. From the first call through installation this was a very professional experience. My only concern is the water pressure in my kitchen sink it is very light. If there’s a suggestion on how to fix it I would be appreciative. Otherwise an excellent experience.

My water heater was leaking also about 17 years old but got ARS thru home depot there service was fast and responsive and a decent price the guy I had here Eric was a good guy so thank you ARS

Very happy with the service; we also had their company install our hot water tank a few years ago. Everyone was great, but going above and beyond should always be recognized. At that, in our case, Angel was stellar and should be commended for exemplary service. Thanks ARS, keep up the good work!!

Lost cooling in minisplits, Ryan was very professional and explained how the lines were compromised due to inferior insulation. Ryan and Sheldon did a great job replacing the lines. Professional, explained all the work, and fix the issue. On time and at the price that was quoted.

Angel was truly awesome. He came in and diagnosed the issue. He fixed the wiring issue on our unit and we are so grateful for him and his expertise. He had a great attitude and a wealth of knowledge.

The estimator Corey answered all my questions and followed up via email. His estimate was spot on.
The installers Matthew and Jose were both very professional and pleasant . They called an hour ahead, arrived right on time, thorough installation, explained the product and process, and left the entire area and entrance spotless. I would definitely use ARS again.

I just had a new coil and a new condenser put in by a private party and on hot days like today the lowest my central air gets down to is 71 degrees even though I have it set lower and I had that person come out 10 more times afterwards claiming each time it was gonna run like new it never did....
But a technician from ARS named Bob came out to look at my ac and he found the problem inside of 10 minutes and helped by fixing a fuse to put it my air on a higher speed setting, i still need a new furnace at some point because the problem that ars found for me today is that I have a furnace that has nowhere near the btus to cool and heat the whole house that It should
I'm very glad I called ars and very glad I got Bob not only was he smart and figured out what the issue was he was one of the nicest people I ever met

Kyle Belliveau was professional and helpful.
Gave advice in regards to ac unit and suggested a new one. Discourages from wasting any money on the current old unit. Greatly appreciated his honesty. Need to review next steps and will certainly reach out to this company as we move forward.

I've used ARS for 25 years, and have had only great service with professional technicians.
The customer service is really reliable, and when I needed a repair in the dead of winter or the hot summer, they sent a technician right out to help me. Really recommend!
Update: had an issue with the drain pipe going outside but draining. Called Saturday morning and they came Sunday morning an sucked out a bunch of stuff in the pipe. Great work and at no charge. A very reliable company and professional service staff!

After a copious amount of AC issues, I'm happy to report that ARS has finally solved our problem. I received personal attention from the service manager Justin on many occasions to diagnose & remedy the issues at hand; as well as careful & reliable service from Austin, the service technician. I'm grateful to the ARS team for sorting through all the issues inherit in our AC system & working with us continually to get the system back on track.
