I had called in because of clogged drains, but had overestimated the degree of the problem. Their plumber ended up not only fixing the problem but charging less than the initial quote for the service, a level of honesty that's quite welcome in today's professional environment.

I had my heating maintenance performed. The service tech was thorough, took excellent pics and video of problems and explained everything in layman's terms. Extremely professional and very customer oriented. Recently, Nash, from ARS, performed my AC maintenance. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the AC. I contact ARS for all my heating and cooling concerns. They provide great service and great products. ARS replaced a part that was wearing out, as detected in a maintenance check. Nash was prompt, professional, understood my concerns and replaced the part efficiently. Nash is a good representative for ARS. He cares about the customers he serves.
