Easy scheduling next day service. Called ~5:30 last night, service completed ~9:30 this morning. Great communication. Issue was a main drain blockage.

Great guy helped me, did a great job. It was easy too expensive tho. $430 good 15 minutes of work. Insane
Edit: the dude that did the job for me was a great guy! I had scheduled him between 5-9 but got off work early so I asked if they come sooner and they were here within a half an hour. Dude was very informative, very respectful and nice, and absolutely did a fantastic job of doing exactly what I needed. Other big-name companies, Michael & son, Roto-Rooter, all we're going for the same $400+ or more, the price was in line with the rest of them. I still think it's way expensive tho but that's the world we live in.

Had problems with the installation of air handler after removed by another HVAC company for repairs to drywall from water damage from neighbor. Left huge gap in ceiling and not connected to vent-duct. Had condensation leaking onto new drywall and floor. Also the waterlines for Apollo heat were not connected!! Called ARS and they responded early the next morning (TS Ophelia was dumping tons of rain and strong winds) that evening.
Technician assessed and air handler not installed properly and would require drywall repairs.
David Torres, project manager, came to my home later same day (Saturday) and we arranged complete repair and replacement to be done on Tuesday morning.
David was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He let me vent my frustration about the unsatisfactory home restoration process! He was interested in my experiences as a trauma nurse and I shared some very interesting stories...this helped me focus on something other than my on-going home disaster! David was a great representative of your company! He said to call him if I had any other concerns or needs.
Excellent company and have used since 2002 in my own home. Wouldn’t trust any other company!!
Offered to have window unit if needed until Tuesday.

Zack was very good and was asked to come out to check into a high pitched sound coming from an AC unit that was installed in January of 2023. I gathered that some things were overlooked during the installation and that ARS will cover the cost to correct. I also had some surge control installed. When I called the person who scheduled the appointment got confused and scheduled me for maintenance instead of service so I had to repeat my reason for the call. I asked whether both could be done on the same day but she only scheduled me for one. Thankfully Zack took care of both service and maintenance. The person scheduling appointments is the reason four stars instead if five.

I have used ARS many times. They are always helpful, and knowledgeable. The technician, Travis, explained what he was going to do, fixed the problem and checked to make sure nothing else needed to be done.

I was given sufficient notice of arrival by a nice phone call. The service man who came was professional, pleasant, and efficient. Cost of routine maintenance was very reasonable.

Johnny explained how we may resolve our issues with the extra humidity which comes to come from the attic. He was very considerate and answered our questions.
