One of the best service companies in the Triangle. Thankully, they service our area out in Franklinton. We have a service contract which includes 2 checkups per year. ARS installed our system 11 years ago, and have done all of the warranty work. Fingers crossed to get another 5 - 10 years out of it. Great company to work with.

Excellent service. The technician from ARS did what two others could not do. He quickly assessed the problem, kept us informed at each step what/why he was taking each step. And, he was very patient with our new puppy. ARS dispatch kept us informed about the technician’s arrival time and he arrived within the times we were told to expect.

Highly recommended. Really responsive, highly professional from start to finish even in an emergency situation. Very good communication both with the general office and local one in Raleigh, NC, easy process, extremely professional technician (Roberto) able to fix a difficult issue, spent over 2hrs on-site to make it sure it was solved and explaining step by step. I had a great experience with the technicians James, Manuel and Zachery. Our water heater died on us unfortunately. ARS came out and assessed the issue within good time.
