Stan came to our home today to correctly install a thermostat that we bought and couldn’t get connected. He spent a lot of time with us and explained why it wasn’t compatible with our unit. We would have never figured it out on our own. We highly recommend air experts. Thank you Stan.

On Tuesday, October 17,2023, George Andrejcik, Service Tech from Air Experts came to our home for a service tuneup of our furnace systems ( we have two units), George was professional and explained the problems we are having with the furnace in terms we could understand. And he took the time to show us pictures of the problems. Thank you for sending such a knowledgeable, professional person to our home.

Air Experts give plenty of notice prior to the arrival of the technician. The technician asked questions, and made sure that if there were any needs to be addressed other than the servicing of the unit, he would address those needs as well. He was very thorough and I was very satisfied with the service provided.

Pat and Todd were incredible. They performed the installation efficiently with grace and professionalism. They worked under challenging conditions to install a furnace and two air conditioner units in tight spaces in an old house with difficult to access spaces and did it beautifully. Certainly would recommend Air Experts wholeheartedly, great team from Neal in sales to the techs.

Alex was very informative and helpful when doing my heating servicing for the winter He was also able to explain my new nest thermostat to me . I have bought a new air conditioning and furnace from Air Experts in the last two years . The company has very knowledgeable technicians.

Called around midday and Stan M. was here within a few hours. Was very polite, explained the problems and gave his recommendation. Was respectful of my home and answered as many questions as he could. Nice guy. To continue this story...Dave was very helpful and made a great effort to help with the financial aspects. Paul C. and Alex L. did the installation of the new furnace. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and very pleasant making the installation go smoothly. Every person at this company has always been been pleasant and helpful. Happy the furnace is up and running in time for this coming winter.
