The whole process was smooth and very quick. Our new system was quoted and installed the next day. Very professional and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable and understood everything that was being installed. Highly recommend!!!

Paid them over 7000 but they needed to add one more part because the wrong part was delivered. I am still chasing them down to return to complete the job. Adding two things: (1) original post did not mean to include the technicians— they all are great; (2) after original post, several calls to the scheduler, the job was completed. They must work on the office systems, so that the technicians will have the proper support for their good work. Technicians not the problem here.

I called them today to come out and do a inspection on my heater and ac for the sale of my house and they came out the same day and very pleasant and helpful

My parent's are 83 and 80 years-old...their air-conditioning stopped working and it was 90 degrees out.
They have a PSE&G Warranty...after calling PSE&G and explaining what was going on...they told us they couldn't come out for 2 weeks.
After explaining that this was an emergency...the representative told us that everything is an emergency and hung up.
I started frantically looking for another business that could help us.
We checked reviews and we called AIREXPERTS...and thank God we did.
They were at my parent's house in 2 hours...diagnosed the problem...ordered a new air-conditioning unit and installed it the next day.
Mike and Alex were fantastic!
They took their time with my parent's..
Explained everything step by step and did a phenomenal job.
I can not thank them enough for being so friendly and professional 🙂.
PS...they were more than $ 1000 dollars cheaper then PSE&G.

I’ve used Air Experts for over 20 years now and my parents used them as well. They are professional, reasonably priced and always show up when scheduled. Have been very happy with them.

I had a good experience with Dave as my “comfort expert.” He was knowledgeable and priced the job fairly. Pat was the lead on my install. I’m planning on returning to Air Experts soon for another job, and I will most certainly be requesting that Pat do the install! I have nothing but confidence in him. Nothing but compliments for this team.

The experience that I had the honor to witness at my home was up and beyond excellent!! The crew that they sent to my home went up in above my expectations! I couldn't have asked for any thing better than the service that I had today from air experts! The supervisor of the crew was especially knowledgeable, friendly and I would have to say he could do this job with his eyes closed! My wife and I are still saying we are so impressed! And I keep looking at her saying hun. I'm impressed. I am totally impressed!!! I don't know what else to say.... If anyone is going to get an AC unit or anything that has to do with an AC unit or anything else at this company does, hire them!!!

The technician, Nick Marta, let me watch him check the A/C system that was not cooling. He explained to me what was wrong and possible solutions to address the problem. I/we figured it best and quickest to be to replace the condenser (even though the Payne condenser was only 7 years old). He got me in touch with a comfort advisor, who would come by later the same day to talk about condenser options. Nick knew I had company in for this week and really needed a functioning A/C. He said to ask the advisor if he could get somebody to help him (Nick) take out the old unit and position the new unit on and he would hook it up either tomorrow (Sunday) or Monday. Such a nice man. He did the annual maintenance on the unit a couple months ago ago.

Excellent service and the technician couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
Maintenance check was seamless and Paul couldn’t have been nicer! 4 times they have been out to my house and each time it was great. Guys are kind and knowledgeable and very helpful!

Kyle is an outstandingly well qualified HVAC technician. He diagnosed what caused my freeze up and went through all the differential diagnoses and solved it speedily and efficiently. Would highly recommend Air Experts and Kyle in particular.
