By far the best experience I have ever had with anyone working in my home. Air experts delivers what they promise and more. My sales rep was the best as he took the time to understand our specific situation and finances and chose the perfect package for me. They also partner with the local utility providers to offer 0% finance for 5 yrs(jcpl). All around just a great experience

Kyle did a great job taking care of my dms system. He cleaned and power washed the mini split, and educated me on how to take care of my system on the future. He laid tarps down and cleaned up his work. Kyle was very professional.

I had mini-splits installed in 2018 and had a leak in one of the units a few weeks back. They needed to come back again as the leak came back and Anthony V. (the Service Technician) was great !!! Although I was a little annoyed that the leak reappeared and caused a little damage in the ceiling below, Anthony was the best. He found out that the drainage hose had become disconnected and re-connected it. He made me feel better that Air Experts has great technicians working for them. I realize that every now and then a problem will happen with mini-split systems and as long as Air Experts is professional in how they respond to the issue we are very happy with them.
Anthony V. was friendly, professional and new how to diagnose the issue. Thanks Anthony !!!

I have had the same leak problem in the same spot since installation. There have been repeated calls to fix the problem, yet even when their installation expert comes on site, the problem reoccurs. My initial warranty has run out so I bought the annual service contract. Had the maintenance performed as recommended yet the problem has happened again. This time, I am being charged $135 for them to come out. I am less than pleased about this.seems to me that they have never fixed the problem to begin with and now I will be charged every time they come out for the SAME thing.
Update- Air Experts , to a person, were very diligent in getting to the bottom of the problem one of my mini split units was having. They have just replaced a part and made other adjustments that we fully expect will fix the condensation and drip problem. All things mechanical can have problems, the true test of the value of a company is the follow up and service they provide. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
