Mr. Wade at ARS replaced the control board on my HVAC unit. He worked so hard and was very professional. Mr. Wade cared about our unit and was determined to get it running as quickly as possible. Thanks for hiring him.

Repair work for warranty parts was completed by representative Charles; he explained everything thoroughly and got the air conditioning up & running again. Very appreciative of his great communication and work on this.

On the date of service, 10/18/23, I was greeted by HVAC Technician, Sheldon Richardson. He was punctual, very polite, professional and respectful. After completing his inspection of the furnace in the attic, filters were changed in the master bedroom. To complete the job, he took the time to explain member services and the role of the Patriot Carbon service light, which thankfully did not have to be replaced this day. However I did renew membership. I would like to continue with Sheldon on future services. Thank you ARS for continued excellence.
