Great guy, Mr Charles very knowledgeable about his work

Wade arrived on time and was very professional. He walked me through what maintenance services he would be doing and took the time to make sure I understood the why of what he was doing. He recommended a preventative service to ensure our HVAC would last and run optimally. Again, he explained how and why this was important.
He also cleaned out the sludge on some of our vents and showed me how to perform this and how often.
Once he thoroughly completed the maintaining and cleaning he walked me through the invoice and showed me what services we would require in the future for our system to run at peak performance.
Would highly recommend Wade’s services through ARS / Rescue Rooter!

Cody Lewis was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions without hesitation. He checked my whole AC system then walked me through what he needed to do. It was a simple fix. I'm grateful for the service.

The technicians are real professionals and very responsive of all my calls. All of the three technicians who came at different times were very professional who explain any hvac questions I had without reservation. ARS is unmatched in terms of its people!!

These guys were fantastic. Troubleshooted and found bad part of HVAC and had it fixed quickly. Should have called them sooner!

Jonathan Munoz with ARS did excellent with performing a tune up on our HVAC, and also a cleaning. Showed up timely, checked everything thoroughly and also gave pointers on preventative maintenance I can do myself. Great job by a great tech, highly recommend him and the ARS team.

Sheldon came by roughly 2 hours after my first call in an emergency. My daughter is sick and my air was out. It was a rough day. But Sheldon got the air working quickly! And I really got a great price. ARS and hopefully Sheldon will always be my AC repair.

It was nice for Mr. AntiJaun to come out and see what was wrong with our system! Although he couldn’t fix it. It has a broken board and we needs to get a new air conditioner. So, on this coming Sat. The y are coming out to give us 3 opinions to see which one we will pick. Thanks again Mr. AntiJaun for coming out again!

Our 20+ year AC went out the day before Labor Day. Called ARS in the middle of the night and they promptly returned my call. Was hoping to make it through the summer in Texas heat without having to replace the unit. They dispatched a service technician early on the morning of the holiday. He repaired the old unit but since it was so old and already not cooling as it should, we decided to consider replacing the unit. ARS Salesman Kevin came out on the holiday and discussed options. He was professional, answered all our questions and was not pushy. We selected a new HVAC and it was installed the following day. I would recommend ARS.

This business was very responsive. The service man was very polite and friendly. They did a thorough job. Our air conditioning system went out when it was 107 degrees outside and ARS/Rescue Rooter came out the next day, found the problem, installed a new system inside a day. The sales Representative was very polite and helpful and understanding. The installation technicians were on time, very polite and friendly, and did an outstanding job. Everything was cleaned up and very best. The system is working wonderfully. I would highly recommend this company and installation team.
