Edwin, Skylar & Manuel were very professional and patient with making sure we understood what needed to be done with our project. They completed everything in 1 day and did a fantastic job! We had the consultation on Tuesday and they were here installing our new unit the next day. Will recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services

Called for tuneup special and next day service scheduled. Technician arrived as scheduled and did excellent service, cleaned coils and checked everything out. Provided some tips on making equipment last longer and didn’t provide any hard sell maintenance. He did a lot of service for $49 special.

Wade is an awesome and experienced technician. He works with the client and offers good guidance. He fixed our thermostat and thoroughly checked the fuses etc before declaring work is done.

I always go with ARS after having a problem with a competing company (whose brand is a jingle in the DFW area). ARS is highly professional, arrives within the estimated window, gives you a heads up call, and the technicians are quite knowledgeable. Our technician told us about basic maintenance tips that we had no idea that we should be doing to extend the life of our AC system. There was no upsell or pressure to buy at all.

Both the salesman, Liran Friedman, and the installation crew were very professional. They were patient in answering all the questions I had asked. Liran made extra effort to keep in touch and drive out to my house to meet with me twice to go over everything and make sure I fully understand the systems and pricing. I appreciate the effort, patience, and hard work of Liran and the crew.

Wade was a great help in getting my home AC system back up and running. He was very kind and knowledgeable technician in correctly diagnosing the faulty capacitor that we bad on my outdoor unit. My home is once again cooling off great in this record breaking hot summer we are having in DFW. :)

Our AC was having issues with short cycling and being able to keep up with the heat. I called ARS and they were very professional and confirmed my time window and kept me up to date on when the technician would arrive. Sheldon came to our home and was very kind and professional and helpfully explained the issue. He was able to fix it fast and efficiently. Recently, our unit needed some small maintenance, so I called ARS again who sent Charles over. He was also very friendly and explained the tune ups he had to do. Very great customer service, from the call center to the techs. They’ll now be my go-to company for any HVAC service we need!
