Although the service technician was delayed by several hours. I am grateful for who eventually provided service. Ward was courteous and kept me informed of everything that he was doing and provided education regarding my units and the need for the cleaning of the unit given all of the cottonwood that we have floating about. I Appreciated his level of professionalism and The education he provided. I have the monthly plan and it covered the service that was provided. I would highly recommend ARS and their monthly plan as it offers great coverage and even better benefits.

My sincere thanks to Dan Bennett for resolving my HVAC issue. He has turned what was a major headache for me into a very pleasant experience. Dan went out of his way by working with his manager and vendors to get a great resolution to my problem. He is a man of his word and follows through with what he says. I would also like to thank the technicians who completed the work. They were knowledgeable, competent, and left the work site better than they found it. After working with Dan it’s clear why he is the Quality Assurance mgr. and why they call him “Mr. Happy”.

HVAC system went out Thursday night. i called them Friday and they were here within 2 hours. Installed my new system early Saturday morning. Service and response was above expectations! Fast, friendly and the HVAC installers were professional, courteous and did an amazing job. Went out of their way to make sure everything was cleaner than when they arrived.

A/C went out, Paul came out on a SATURDAY within 4 hours of me calling and had us up and running within 30 mins cooking back off! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Initially, on a Saturday, I called for a technician to come out to fix my 1 year old unit. The ARS Dispatcher stated the only open appointment will be the following Monday between 8 and 11 am. A few hours passed and the ARS Dispatcher called me to inform me that a tech is on his way to my house. The tech arrived and quickly found the issue with a bad capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and the system work flawlessly and started cooling as it should.

What a terrible time for my air conditioner to stop working. Last Friday I could tell something was wrong. So with my one fan my little dog Sky and I waited till morning to call someone .I put in a call to an air conditioner company, and they came out to look at my unit---told me the line was stopped up and would need a plumber. That certainly was not what I wanted to hear. Next day being Sunday I decided to wait until first thing Monday morning to call my plumber.
Monday morning a call to my plumber and they could not come until next day and gave me a number of another plumber. He could not come until that afternoon. Well since Sky and I had not had much rest we both fell asleep, and I found out we had missed him coming to my house and knocking on the door. I am hard of hearing, and my doorbell Sky did not hear him. By this time he said he would try the next day. Somewhere in all that I had borrowed another fan, and the temperature was sitting at 94. Sky had recognized the heat level, and anytime I came back in the house this 15 pound dog was dragging me outside--- sitting outside all afternoon sweating and knew we could not make it another night.
That's when I called ARS and told them my story. In a few hours Juliano came out and evaluated my problem and decided I needed the help of one of his associates and were scheduled from 6pm to 10pm. By this time Bubba the boss heard my story and called me to say he was coming to put in a window unit so at least one room would cool off and the other technician would come the next day. What a blessing to finally get cool enough to get some rest! Well Paul came the next day and unstopped a line which had been my problem all this time.
Bubba, I am so thankful for you and your awesome employees who came to the rescue of an older lady and her little dog Sky. You are truly life savers. God bless you and your company.

So Grateful! When I called you on Thursday night you set the appointment for Friday between 9-1. I received a call at 9:55am advising a tech was on the way. I then received a text providing the name of the technician. AntiJuan Starks came in, was very polite and got right to business. He was able to fix the issue within 10 minutes for $175. We had another company come out last night after we waited all day, when he came, it took home a good 1.5 hours and quoted us $1368 and told us we needed to purchase a new motor. Which was not the case. My husband was like, call someone else, cause that don’t even sound right. You have a customer for life. Thank you for making us comfortable again in the Texas heat!

Sheldon came out the same day i called ARS. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t try selling anything that wasn’t needed and was quick and efficient. I will be calling him back if i ever need my AC serviced again. Also, thank you for dealing with my older parents millions of questions about the issues we were having, your patience was truly appreciated.

Mr Richardson was amazing. He found the problem quickly, had the part needed and our air was up and running very fast. A truly knowledgeable technician and a real gentleman! He even changed our air filters!!! Thank you ARS🙏

Wade from ARS came the next day first thing in am. He changed out a capacitor that runs approx 40-50 dollars and charged us 180.00 Wade was fast and very thorough
