Joshua did wonderful job in cleaning my kitchen drain clog, he communicates well in presenting the options and did the job perfectly. We definitely will work with him in future and recommend him and Rescue Rooter to our friends.

I have had tremendous fortune meeting Josh and John today to help me with my plumbing needs.

Plumbing service is always going to be expensive, especially when you’re not anticipating the work. But Rescue Rooter Found time to make a needed service call almost immediately, and I was very pleased with the work. I called to see if they could cap a gas pipe in my backyard, and they came within the same day to fix it. The employee was friendly, professional, and took care of the problem quickly!

Tray is a good person, he understand customers concerns and explains the problem clearly, he did a through investigation to my problem and it did not take him much time to pinpoint the problem I was having.

The entire cleaning and repair of my kitchen drain was performed without a hitch by the ARS crew. They were polite and informative.
The office staff kept me informed as to the arrival time, which was much appreciated.
I did feel a little bait and switch went on. I call because of the $93 drain cleaning advertised, not realizing that was for the main drain.
They cut out and replaced my grease stuffed pipe for $950.
The service was great and I now have a awesome kitchen drain so it’s all good.
