Josh, Dennis and Chad were wonderful to work with. Very professional yet friendly! The problem was roots in the main drain line. They fixed the drain problem even though they were hampered by poor work done by a previous plumbing company. I intend to make them my go-to plumbing company.

We called RR for a second estimate on our small plumbing issue. Their estimate was more than $1,000 less than our first and we felt represented the work that needed to be done, unlike the first one. The work was done quickly and with no mess or fuss, even under the estimate, and Dontae and his helper were super courteous and professional. Thank You RR!

Had a plug bathtub ARS was here within an hour and a half had the tub draining in 20 minutes they even had a paper invoice and 90 Day warranty very honest and professional thank you

Josh and the other tech were very polite and professional. I called ARS because of an online add and they honored it despite it being expired. I was informed of a much more expensive issue and they were both fine with writing up a quote for me to compare with other plumbers in the area. I will definitely consider them in the future.

Bryce was exceptional. He was excellent at listening to our concerns, he was able to quickly access and diagnose the problem. He was able to give us an accurate quote, perform the important repair work—in difficult circumstances—rather quickly and with the appearance of ease.
Bryce was personable, gave us perspective, and resources on what next steps to take now that he was able to fix the problem. We really appreciated Bryce, and thank the support staff we interacted with. All staff that I interacted with were pleasant, prifessional, and listened carefully. I had options for prompt service. With my consent, Devin was able to come an hour earlier than planned. He was quietly competent as he diagnosed and fixed our multiple kitchen and bathroom issues. A specialty task was installing a Toto Washlet. He wore shoe covers and cleaned everything up before departing. We haven't needed plumbing help for years so I do not comment on "good value".
What we were charged was acceptable. Every star of my rating was earned.

These guys came out super fast after I called this morning. Quickly diagnosed my situation and waived what would normally be like a $500 fee for running a camera down my drainage line. We determined I could easily fix it myself. Awesome service.

Quick service to clear a blocked shower and toilet drain. Professional and took care to not disturb the house and carpet with the equipment. Ensured the blockage was flushed from the house and used cameras to ensure nothing unexpected around it.

Chris and Josh arrived when expected. they were professional, completely transparent with everything they told me. The price quoted was very competitive. The work done was done quickly and they stayed until they were satisfied that we were satisfied that the work was done correctly. All in all a very good experience. I would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

The two plumbers who came out to help with slow-draining bathroom sink and tub were on time, polite, efficient and did a nice job. I have had other companies leave a mess when clearing drains in the past, but these two were quite tidy (they even wore shoe covers) and were sweet with my old dog.
