Technician Chad very professional..took shoe booties on/off several times as he was in/outs lot doing diagnostic..heat-pump, blower assembly are about 20 years old..just wanted to get analysis on heat system before cold weather..we just moved here last of May '23.

Called and got a person on the phone immediately. Explained situation and set appointment for next day. They showed up in allotted time and diagnosed problem within minutes. Provided quote to fix, but had to schedule an additional appointment to get full replacement quote. I think pricing is inline with industry, and the technician was courteous and answered all questions. I’ll see what replacement cost is vs repair, but so far highly recommend ARS service.

Michael (technician) was very nice and professional. Made an easy job of climbing around in the attic (lucky not a really hot day!). Thank you for making things easy.

Tech Blake was professional and polite. The weather was raining and I really didn't think much would get do . Put a umbrella up and found the problem. Parts ordered. Very pleased

The service tech Michael was very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the different components of our system worked. The air scrubber ARS recommended and installed has made all the difference in how our beach cottage feels.

We had a new HVAC system installed. Afterwards there were issues with getting the room over the garage to the right temperature especially during the afternoon heat. It took several visits but appears to be corrected thanks to the vigilance of Mike the technician.

Technician Tim quickly identified the issue and efficiently fixed I called for service and a technician was able to come within a very short period of time even on a holiday weekend definitely would recommend and have.

Revisit to assist with thermostat issues , tech Michael was great and very helpful, talked to me and friendly the whole time. Update -Blake came for maintenance today 9/18/23 he is always the best at making sure I’m aware of things and makes sure I’m good before he leaves.
