Sunday with no air conditioning, they got somebody here fast to try and fix the problem! Unfortunately, it turns out to need a day or two to remedy, so they’re bringing a window unit tomorrow to bide us over! Great company to have available! Have used their services for years!

Our AC was failing to cool and it was mid August, our hottest time of year. We called at night and they had a technician there the next morning. Fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes. Amazing service! Thank you so much.

We have a 9 year old Rheem AC system that stopped working,,,,Jason came out and said we needed a new fan motor in the condenser,,,,,part was ordered and installed in a reasonable time period by Steve. Both techs were excellent in their workmanship and knowledge of the product,,,,,,,,have to thank William and Kyle at the office for the slight amount of coordination to finish the job.,,,,,very happy to have ARS as my AC go to company.

Chad did an awesome job. This was the first time we had him for our routine preventive maintenance. We will definitely ask for him when our winter prevention maintenance is due. He was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough.
My husband had a lot of questions and Chad answered them all.
We are very satisfied.

Chad did an awesome job with fixing my problem with my new ac unit. He had a problem with trying to get the thermostat set to my phone, but he was persistent in getting the issue fixed! Thanks Chad.

They were awesome in every way! They came on the same day. I called and serviced my three units. They did a great job for a great price. They were incredibly professional in the face of adversity… I have very difficult neighbors, who gave the technician an unfounded hard time for where he parked, for being too close to their property, for making noise…all of which was shrugged off politely and respectfully. It is one thing to do your job under good circumstances, and a very different thing to do your job under difficult circumstances, and the technician performed admirably.

Jeff with ARS did a great job installing our Air scrubber and UV light. Jeff first came out a couple months ago to service our AC and explained in detail about the Air Scrubber and we were sold. William did a great Job getting us scheduled and rescheduled without a problem. Jeff is such a pleasant guy. He made sure to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Great Company!
