Very quick response, came within a couple hours of calling when the AC went out, repairman figured it out quickly and had it fixed and gone in less than an hour. I highly recommend them and will call them if we ever have an issue again. Steven was Very knowledgeable and friendly, Thanks so much!

Called on a Sunday afternoon for a frozen unit. ARS sent a tech out within a few hours and had the unit fixed within 30 minutes.

I called very early in the morning, the operator was very nice and efficient. I was given a window for the tech to arrive. I received a text and a phone call stating he was on the way. Steve was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and even braved a thunderstorm to replace the part. He could've come back later, but he was adamant. I'm extremely grateful he did. He gave me the pricing upfront so I had no surprises. I highly recommend ARS and can't be more grateful for Steve!

Just had both systems replaced a month ago, had issues tonight, called and Michael service tech came to the rescue! The lines should have been blown when everything was installed, but they weren’t. He was here a very short time and knew the issue immediately. Thank you so much Michael!!!

So far so good! Only been about a week but all of the stars. Installed a new system on a Friday, it didn’t work by the time they left and I had to rent a window AC in the meantime. As of Monday afternoon, they fixed the AC and they are sending a check that’s part of their quality of service guarantees for reimbursement; well done!

We had Blake as our technician and I cannot recommend him and this company more! They were quick to answer their phones, kept us updated, and were quick. They came on a Sunday! Definitely recommend you use them for any of your HVAC needs. If we ever need more servicing or to replace our AC unit we will most likely use them!

I called ARS because I had used them back in Rockville, Md. I was given an appointment immediately and the tech arrived a little early; the minute he saw what was going on he knew what the problem was and fixed it quickly. The ARS technician left everything better than the way he found it, and explained everything so I could understand it. This was a wonderful experience because of a very excellent Technician Luke!

Would give them 5/5 but 2 times I have scheduled services with them and they then call to say that a technician is unavailable and they reschedule for the next day or the day after. Technicians are very professional and explain the issue and what needs to be done.

I(Christopher Powell) meet with the tech this morning, he was very friendly and he was very professional. He came look at my A/C problem, showed me what was the problem and how much the cost and give me the options to think it over with my wife to solve the A/C issue or get a new one.

We had several people come out and look at the a/c unit. They gave us their honest opinions and suggestions but in no way made us feel like we HAD to do what they suggested. Everyone was so friendly very efficient and effective and we are so happy with them! We will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a/c unit checked or replaced!

One of the best air conditioning people I've ever used Jeffrey was awesome he was very knowledgeable thorough and pinpointed the problem within a matter of minutes and had it fixed I could not ask for a better experience with the air conditioning company and technician
