We had HVAC installed and everyone involved was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Jerell was good at explaining the needs and what type of system will be required. On the day of install DJ was in and out, in a zip without any fuss. Thank you both for your help in making this process easier.

Used ARS to install a water heater purchased from Lowe's. The project manager was courteous and efficient. The plumber Raoul was great. The installation was a little pricey though.

Mike came out to our new rental to fix our toilet: quickly found the problem, worked up a transparent quote and addressed the issue right away. He even helped with a tub that we had thought was broken as well. 10/10 would recommend.

I needed a faucet cartridge replaced that was beyond my ability. Not only did they respond almost immediately to my inquiry but had Adam out the very next afternoon. I was caught in traffic, he patiently waited for me to get home.

Our tuneup today was a great experience! Mitch let us know of his arrival time, and kept his word. He did a thorough inspection of our HVAC and assured us it was in tip top condition for the buyers of our home! He documented all details well for our home closing!! We will definitely use ARS again!

The ARS team did an outstanding job! My project was supposed to be quick and simple but as Murphy's Law goes, if it can go south, it will. Nevertheless, the ARS team worked it out and completed my project as scheduled. They were very responsive to my requests and did as much as they possibly could to meet my "asks". I will have other similar projects around my home and I will be asking for ARS team to accomplish. My wife and I thank ARS whole heartedly!

I used ARS because my A/C was on its last legs. Patrick Sobba was the tech that came out to look at it. He was very thorough and spent quite a bit of time looking at my unit. He was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He had my new unit installed, and is working like a charm, within one day. If anyone needs an honest and reliable company for any of you A/C needs, ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating and Cooling, is the company I would call. Thank you Patrick and ARS!!!! Donna.

Kenneth was very professional and great to deal with. He knows what to do and how to explain the costs and procedures before starting to fix the job. But, his equipment needs to be upgraded. Thanks for all your help Kenneth and for working after ours .

I requested Raul to come back to figure out why a toilet continues to clog. He unclogged the toilet, used the locator and camera to determine if there were any major issues in the lines. Thankfully there were not. Raul got us back up and running in no time.
