Please read whole review. As of 9-6-2023 ARS as earned our business BACK. Our relationship with them began about 4 years ago with installation of a new Rheem unit. After the 2nd year we quit using them because the unit was giving problem after problem and we could not get them to come, they showed a lack of service, care or compassion for the customer. PRESENT DAY. Unit broken down again. After receiving a gouging repair estimate from the company we had changed to, I'm about to go into orbit. After several calls I ended up back at ARS because the Rheem Company said I needed to go to whomever had installed the unit. We really were expecting a train wreck bc of previous experience. Much to my PLEASANT SURPRISE I got ahold of a lady, DEE, in the Myrtle Beach office. I briefly explained history. She could see notes in our file. She was so helpful. She got me to Quality Control Mgr., MICHAEL in their N. Charleston office. He was very nice and helpful. He got me to COLTON who was nice and helpful to get an appointment scheduled. Because of that TEAM working together with kindness and compassion toward an already liry and frustrated previous customer we were immediately scheduled for a technician to come. A technician named MITCH was sent out. He was a God sent. He was soft spoken, a kind and caring gentleman, he was professional and knew what he was doing. He checked everything and could understand and see the problems. Without him, I'm not sure what would've happened. On Friday, we received a call from him that they were coming Monday to replace the unit. God Bless you MITCH and God bless the people that you spoke to at ARS that they listened and understood the problems in the past with this account and the unit. ARS made this situation right. MITCH will be who we request for our unit service. Today, 9-11-23 ARS installers arrived on time and put in a new unit. They were kind and professional. I'm sorry I don't remember their names but one of them had been to our place 4 years ago. JASON, the Field Supervisor showed up as well. He too, apologized for the past and was very kind, professional and compassionate about our previous experience. After talking with him as well, it is easy to understand why JASON is in the position he is in. My husband and I give ARS and ALL of these people mentioned above 100% 5 star. I can't tell you WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT in personnel AND service from before. THANK YOU MITCH, Technician that brought issues to powers at be, THANK YOU, to the powers at be that listened to their Technician about a problem and took action and made it right. Thank you to our Lord above for putting ALL of these people in place with ARS at this time to to stand by their promises made and now promises kept.

Big thanks to Raul for installing my new water heater today! He replaced my ridiculously enormous 80-gallon water heater with a new 50-gallon water heater that's much better suited to my home. Raul was on time, answered all my questions with patience, and left my garage looking nicer than he found it. Thank you, Raul!

Mr mitch came in to corrected a problem that I had on 8/29/23.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the system.
I give him 500 out of 1 to10.
He deserved a BIG raise

Gave 5 star because the workers came back and completed town of Mt. Pleasant deficiencies answered all questions asked. Also, said after inspection if anymore deficiencies they will be back.
