Sign of the times, Mr. Mitch was the only Tech available. Although I had to endure most of the day in my hot house, he was very apologetic. He got right to the source of the problem and resolved it. Very professional and kind. Thanks Mr. Mitch and ARS!😁

Our tech Richard was professional, courteous, thorough and thoughtful. He explained the condition of our HVAC in terms we could easily understand and always wore booties while working inside our home. ARS continues to provide us with world class service.

This is our 2nd time employing the services of ARS and we've been very pleased. Yesterday, Tommy arrived on time and proceeded to evaluate our A/C system. While the results of his visit are not good, he was very professional and polite and explained every step of his process. While we will require a new A/C system, Tommy did his best to ensure our comfort level until that occurs. Very pleased with communicating with ARS and their overall process.

My AC was constantly running and not clicking off. Called ARS and they scheduled an appointment within 24 hours. The technician Walter arrived on time and was very professional and was able to address the issue. Highly recommend!!!!

Ended up not being a problem at all. Service man very polite. Verified the connection was good. Claims it was the delivery people did not turn it off when they took the broken frig. I will reach out to them to be reimbursed.

I called ARS today to have someone come out to check our air conditioning units and I had an appointment within an hour!
Mitch, who was sent to our home did a great job. He was honest with his assessment of our air conditioning system and installed the new part we needed on the spot. He was also congenial and an all around nice man!

If you have a plumbing emergency, call ARS! Don’t waste your time calling around, they are quick to respond, efficient and reliable. What could have been misdiagnosed and cost me thousands, they corrected the problem, gave me peace of mind and were not unreasonably priced. Your home is in good hands with ARS!

The tech that came out knew his stuff . Good guy and figured out what was wrong with the AC in short order . Just wish Carrier was better quality , a thermostat shouldn’t be dying in a year .

High praise for Edwin Bonilla-Garrido who showed up to fix our air conditioner on a Saturday evening after his shift was already completed. He came because the previous technician scheduled could not get to us today.

Mitch (I think that was his name) was wonderful. So nice and he put in my filter because I can get to it. Plus he changed my setting to stop all the temperature changes. My bill last month was $500.00 for the very first time in 23 years. I think he fixed it

Mitch did a great job. He originally came out last week and let us know what was going on with our AC. He came today and got our AC up and running!

Thomas was wonderful. He was kind, knowledgeable, & is a very hard worker. I have nothing bad to say about him. But ARS this had to be a 2 man job. An over 5 hours job could've taken 1/2 that time with an extra person. My only fault is with the company itself because they should make sure their workers aren't stretched to thin. Even so Thomas did a Phenomenal job and I appreciate him so much.
