I would like to commend Mr. Nappier technician first for his professional manner. He recently came out to check my HAVAC unit but also gave me valuable information on how to use my unit more efficiently. His years of experience definitely shows and he is an asset to your company and represents you well. I will absolutely request his services again. Thank you again.

I purchased a semi-annual maintenance contract with ARS and had the 1st of 2 maintenance services performed. The technicians arrived and were very professional. They applied plastic foot coverings over their shoes to protect my floors and did a thorough job cleaning and inspecting the A/C unit. They answered all my questions and even changed out the old filters with new ones that I provided.

I would first like to say that the salesman, Jerell Cage, was so very helpful! He is professional, caring and had empathy for our situation. He did everything possible to help us and succeeded! I cannot thank him enough!
The 2 techs that replaced our HVAC system and repaired/replaced ductwork underneath are awesome! They are very nice, professional, hard-working young men. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they would not leave or take a break until it was completed. They worked from 10am-9:30pm and back the very next morning to take care of a few last-minute things. Might I add that the weather was over 100 degrees with humidity. My daughter and children woke up to a nice, cool house! Thank you ARS!! I would definitely recommend this company!!

They always work with my schedule. The techs are knowledgeable, on time, clean up if necessary. Bradley took care of my appointment today. I appreciated his attention to detail. Will work with him again.

Walter and Mitch did a thorough job of repairing my air conditioning unit. Check out roof unit as well as inside unit. Explained exactly what was wrong and showed me how it was repaired. This team worked together in a totally professional way. Thanks guys!

Mike arrived on time, listened to my description of problems and then took steps to identify source of problem. He carefully explained cause and corrective repairs as well as cost, and answered my questions. He did the work in a professional manner and went through the various systems involved to confirm repairs had remedied the problem. Thank you, Mike.

Quentin and Derelle were great! They called ahead to announce their arrival, arrived on time with all the necessary tools to complete the job. Both were friendly, respectful, non-invasive and very professional from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had during the process. They even cleaned up after themselves!

They answered late at night and had people out the next morning for our AC that was giving us trouble. Richard and Tommy were the technicians that came out and they were extremely professional and friendly and helped us with the problem. Didn’t try to give us any sales pitch or anything like that and seemed pretty thorough. Were happy to answer all of my questions.
