The technician that came out was excellent!!! Very thorough and took care of the issue while keeping me informed all the time. Only complaint I have is I called on Monday afternoon- they were supposed to come Tuesday but then said they were busy and it would be Thursday. Ended up coming out on Wednesday and that interaction was excellent!!

My neighbor first told me about Brothers Plumbing over a year ago when I first moved here. She needed a new water heater. I asked her how she got them and she told me she had been useing them for years and was very satisfied with them. That was enough for me. Personal recomendations mean a lot to me.
So I called them about my 25year 50 gal. water heater in my attic. It was about to give out I told them. They came out to estimate my new heater the same day. The decision was already made. We had them install a very new Tankless Gas Water Heater in our garage. They did an excellent job. No mess, No time lost getting it done. Very polite people to work with and I cannot say enough good things about them. I would use them for any plumbing job in the future if needed. Thank You Brothers.

I just called them on Friday afternoon. A salesperson was here Saturday morning and my new heating/ac system was installed on Tuesday. They were here when they said they would be. Our installers were very nice and professional. Answered any questions we had. I was very happy with the whole arrangement.

The technician arrived on time. Checked my unit out. He told me that my unit was working well. He did a great job. I mentioned to him about applying my senior discount, when he walked through my front door. He forgot to apply the senior discount towards my bill. He apologized, he said he didn't hear me, when he walked into my house. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service. Hopefully I will receive the senior discount. Thank you.

Been using Brothers Air and Heat and plumbing for over 4 years now!! I have been extremely impressed and satisfied with their service there products and their professionalism!! I also want to take the time to shout out one of there technicians his name is Charles Nelson!! He has been our technician ever since we started with Brothers this guy is very genuine professional and all around a great guy he takes the time in his day to answer all questions and concerns you may have and also squeezes sales in there too LOL but all around we have been extremely satisfied with Brothers all around and would highly recommend this company and the tech!!
