Needed a quick service call. They were able to get someone scheduled, and they were great with communication and timeliness. They had a couple of suggestions to fix my issue and even texted me pictures of things to show me and help me understand. Highly recommend.

Had a water heater go out in a rental property and decided to contact Brothers. I think they use a scheduling service and unfortunately the service didn’t schedule the appointment correctly in their system. Ended up waiting around all day only to find out that they had to reschedule it for the following morning. Not good especially when you have guests complaining about cold water.
The follow up appointment went as expected and unfortunately it ended up being an electrical issue ( not yet resolved). In spite of the scheduling snafu I’d use them again. Customer service was sincerely apologetic and the plumber that came out did a thorough job trying to chase the issue down.

Great job on the repair. Would have given a five star if it wasn’t for a 5 week week wait on a part. That’s right. No AC for 5 weeks. Had to call for updates.

Unfortunately, it was raining so our units could not be checked. However, the technician was on time and courteous. He arranged to have the appointment rescheduled for another date and time that would be convenient for us which was very much appreciated.

Brothers were very clear on what needed to be done to install a new water heater. They were on time ,stayed focused , answered any questions, cleaned up after they finished.

The Agent Mario Gonzalez is very thorough, respectful and professional in alm his presentation. He presented to me all the alternative installation available either Tankless or traditional Tank water Heater. I see him as an honest and cordial person to deal with. Appreciate his visit.

Last Saturday my house was getting hot and the hvac system seemed not to be working I told my family no one works on the weekends until I called Brothers,on Sunday, from the 1st call to the representative coming to my house was a pleasant experience they assured me I would be back in the cool soon,I did have to replace my whole unit the following day and they showed up early Monday morning,replaced my unit,double checked everything to make sure everything was working before they left,thank you Brothers for getting us back to being comfortable your employees did an outstanding job and were very friendly doing so! We have a maintenance contract with Brothers and find their work to be very reliable and honest. Plumbing is very expensive these days, but when you can't do it yourself, this is a great company to use.

Only reason I gave four stars instead of five is it took all day for the Service Technician to arrive for relatively quick fix of hooking up a thermostat. Our Service Tech Colton Kimbrell in Truck 334 was fantastic. He was very courteous and professional. You could tell Colton knew his job. He did the repair and was done in a short amount of time. Kudos to Colton for a job well done! Because of employees like Colton we will not hesitate to call Brothers again!

Arrived a little early 😄 Did a diagnostic to replicate the issue ,but couldn’t as it was running fine at the time. Left me with great instructions if the symptoms were repeated and was happy to come back again if needed.

The Brothers technician was on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. Colton was very professional and courteous. He suggested a surge suppressor which was a great idea so we asked him to install one.

I scheduled a routine heating tune-up appointment with Brothers. The service I received was excellent. My technician was Miles G., who was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. Thank you Miles for providing excellent customer service and making me feel like family!
