Hot water heater stopped working. Plumber came timely and assessed the problem and arranged for rapid correction. Also did evaluation of all toilets and faucets in the house. Very personal pleasant and professional.

My experience with Brothers Heating and Air was a very educational and life saving. He answered all the questions and quite a few. 🤓 My maintenance was completed. My technician discovered a small gas leak. The issue was resolved quickly keeping me and my family safe. I would advise everyone to give Brothers Heating and air a call.

Moe was great. We have had multiple people look at our unit since it was installed 3 years ago. The company that installed it didn't want to help us even though it was covered under warranty. Every person that came out was stumped. They couldn't figure out why the unit kept freezing up. Moe was the first person to notice that the air handler was too small for the 3T unit outside. He even went as far as contacting the manufacturer. They stated that was the wrong handler for the unit.

My husband and i decided to upgrade our HVAC system - both the furnace and AC since all of the equipment had years on them. After speaking with Andrew, a Brothers consultant, we decided to invest in upgraded AC, furnace, and water heater. This company has A+ rating with the BBB. This was a huge job and the crew arrived on time on both days. We love the fact that it's one stop for plumber, electrician, and techs for air and heating - covers all components of maintaining upkeep of your home. The staff is wonderful - very polite and ensure that your questions are answered. We are very pleased with the Rheem products, the customer service and highly recommend this company!

Today I had the pleasure of working with Andrew and another technician. They installed my new water heater, and I couldn’t be more delighted with the experience. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional, the installation itself was flawless. Both technicians work diligently and efficiently, paying meticulous attention to every detail. What stood out to me the most was Andrew’s commitment to safety. He went above and beyond to ensure that the installation complied with all safety regulations and guidelines. I felt reassured, knowing that my new water heater was not only functional, but also install with the upmost care and attention to safety. 10/3/23- Ron was excellent and professional. In addition to him checking the system he installed a new filter for me (4 inch thick one) and he suggested a “booster kit” for the outside unit to strengthen its boosting Freon etc. he also went over everything and the unit is running fine. He was excellent, personable and professional. I strongly recommend him and Brothers! Gene

Received efficient, professional services…maintenance on my new system installed 1 1/2 years ago-Amana, and boy am I happy…A/C great, heat/ toasty…now someone talk to Duke to get my monthly down a lot faster, will ya! Previous appointment to cool it DORENE more upstairs…Boise was excellent. He was on time, professional and actually solved the problem quickly. My damper was stuck closed no air upstairs…he immediately accessed this, corrected it and within 30 minutes it was cool upstairs. Happy wife, Happy life! Wife came upstairs and said it was “chilly,” love it. These guys installed a new a/c and furnace in March 2021 and been very happy with the performance. Boise made my day! Thanks. Gene B
