I bought an older house with cast iron pipes, knowing that they might be an issue at some point. That issue arose only a year after I purchased the house, and the pipes became basically and abruptly unusable. ARS came out multiple times with different equipment teams to diagnose the issue, and were able to present me with good options for cleaning and coating the pipes for future use. This was almost certainly not the cheapest provider I could have gone with, but I ended up paying for quality and good service. Just now, a year later, I ran into an unrelated clog issue and had to call them. The supervisor from that project also came out to look at my pipes and make sure they were still in good condition. Despite all that and a lot of camera work, I didn't pay a dime for the service, as it was all covered under the warranty for my pipe projects. You pay for good service and peace of mind with ARS.

Had an issue with water heater. A dangerous build up of natural gas. This company was very responsive they sent Jesús Puga to help us out and install our new water heater. Jesús was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

The plumber was very knowledgeable of what had happen and was great at communicating this to us. However we have not received a bill or the reason why the value was broken by the installer of our washer/dryer by Costco. A reply would be very much appreciated. Thank You.

The great service started with Nick answering my call. And then continued to communicate with me throughout the night until he could get someone available to come to our property. Right on time, Devon Burch arrived and continued the excellent customer service. Devon was patient, excellent at his job and overall a great human being! I’m a realtor and will only be using them going forward. And all I did was a Google search! Thank you ARS/Rescue Rooter for amazing employees and service!

ARS/Rescue Rooter was recommended by Lowes Home Improvement as a third party installer. Someone came to do an estimate for my water heater installation and it was very affordably priced. We set up an installation date and two gentleman came to install within the time frame as directed. They performed a swift and clean job, explained all they did to switch out the old water heater and customized a new box for the new one. Great job!

We had AO Smith water heater installed and it was little expensive. They did do a good job with the installment. We had one problem, the water heater was bigger then the container. They did work on a modification to the container make sure water heater is concealed. The technician was professional and we were please with the outcome.

Griffith arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient.
Well-mannered and very cool. I have been using ARS for several years now. They are easy to contact, they respond quickly, they are reasonably priced and they guarantee their work. I have never had a problem with them. Whenever I have plumbing needs... I will call ARS everytime.
