Our water heater died on the weekend and and responded promptly with a phone call and set up an estimate on Monday. Gave estimate and came out that afternoon to install. Ronald and Elias were very professional and were done less than two hours. Very personable and did a great job. We would highly recommend.

I have been wanting to trade for a long time now but I have not been able to make any profit. I saw a review on a page about Mrs Cathy Frederick and I must confess that she is the best trader. Both Joaquín (with associate Woody), the technician who assessed the job and created the work order, then Jesús the installer, were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patiently answered all my questions.
I appreciated the extra steps taken to complete the installation, and I can see Jesús meticulously takes pride in his good work. I especially noticed how clean he prepared the area, then left it very clean upon completion.
I highly recommend them and appreciate all the extra care to make sure our needs were met for years to come. I hope they will return when we have future plumbing needs! THANK YOU AGAIN!

I highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter Plumbing. They went out to my mom's house 2 days before Thanksgiving to clear a clogged sewer line. I called them in the afternoon and they sent out a Plumber within a few hours just as promised. Their technician, Ariel Navarro, was courteous and professional. He confirmed the work and the price before he started, and had the line cleared soon after. I'd also like to point out that this company honored their advertised coupon price! God bless them for that! Finally, an honest plumbing company! Because I've come across too many dishonest plumbers. Thank you ARS/Rescue Rooter! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
