Oh my god , where do I do i start and explain how thankful my family and myself are to this company and the great technician by the name of Jose for coming out and fixing my clogged toilet that was preventing us for using our toilet. After having two other local companies in rancho cucamonag come and unable to fix the problem and asking us to sign a contract for main server cleaning. Jose came to took the time to take off the toilet and fixed the problem correctly. Kids toy was stuck and he fixed it. HEROS do come in uniform. Thanks RESCUE ROOTER !!!

They aren’t cheap, but they got a new hot water heater installed same day. The technician Elijah was great to work with, good communication, fast worker, did the job right, I would recommend him.

I called Lowes for a quote on a water heater. ARS contacted me and scheduled a time to come out. I sent pictures of the water heater and was given a quote over the phone, the water heater was installed the same day.

Serv. Tech Ahmad showed up on time, gave us a quote, called Supv. for work approval & review. Started work the next day, spent 3 days changing out all old outflow pipes to street, then hydro sprayed and coated inside of all piping. Lot of work price seemed a bit high, but when all the work was done, everything worked much better.

The guy Jose came out and was very sweet. I did his best to snake both toilets. But unfortunately it's still flushing very slow. I guess we need to put a catch outside and can't afford it. They do some awesome financing 0 interest for a year. But I lost my job recently so the repair at this time isn't feasible for me.

Dario showed up in a clean uniform. He was cordial and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to clear our shower drain. He completed the repair most efficiently. I HIGHLY recommend requesting Dario through Rescue Rooter if you ever need a drain unclogged.
