We called ARS for a leak in our basement, and Montavius came out the same evening to help us find the source of the leak. He was very transparent and honest with the costs and what his company is able and not able to do. Montavius has been so gracious in helping us every step on the way. I highly recommend their services!

Both the intake representative (sorry, I do not have her name) and her manager, Lori, provided excellent customer service while scheduling the visit after an issue with my account.
Also, Dalva the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient while I managed the pets, professional, and thorough.

I recently called ARS to address a leaking AC condenser issue at my home. Their scheduling process was no-hassle, providing me a convenient 4-hour window between 8:00 AM and noon. Even though the technician got caught in traffic, their office called and gave me a heads-up about the delay.
The technician quickly identified the issue and offered a generous discount for repair. Their professionalism combined with a touch of personal care made all the difference.

I recently had Nick Jamison from ARS Georgia/HVAC come out for a tuneup on my HVAC system and it was a fantastic experience. Nick arrived early and even allowed the kids to help clean the outside of the unit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, going above and beyond my expectations to ensure the job was done correctly. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend ARS Georgia/ HVAC for anyone looking for high quality HVAC service. Five stars!

This was my first negative experience with ARS. The good news is they answer their phones promptly. The bad news is you can never get in touch with the person that you need to get in touch with. My service appointment was set for 8-12 AM. My husband waited all day, and after four phone calls later somebody finally came to the house at 3:30-ish. They didn’t send the person who diagnosed the problem and was supposed to come, so the tech didn’t exactly know what he was doing when he arrived . Evaporator replacement is a two-man job that they sent a young man in his 20s to do. He was very polite and respectful, although he didn’t always remember to wear his foot covering in the house. I don’t know if they are understaffed right now or if the company had a bad day… But this is not the service that I am used to with ARS. Hopefully they will get this bug worked out and communicate better and promptly with their customers so that the next person doesn’t have to wait all day and make several phone calls in order to get somebody out to do the work.

Today we scheduled for 8 to 12 and they showed up at 1:30. I didn’t get a call that they were going to be late until mid day, which is after the time they were supposed to be there. Our service person did a great job and I have to say that if you have the income to spend on their service plan, it does save you a lot of money. I’m still not pleased about the lateness but I appreciate that it was fixed same day.
