I attended the Atlanta Home Show on Sunday and normally do not make appts to have vendor's come out the next day. However, my Furnaces/AC units (2 sets) were 20 years old and on there last legs. The salesman came out and looked at my home and current units and we talked about my needs. On a whim, I decided to buy and went against my habit of always getting 3 estimates. The financing was seamless and I was approved within minutes.
The install team showed up the next day at 11 as I was told with the expectation of the install of 6 - 8 hours. I was working from home and was busy, so wasn't paying much attention to the crew. It seemed they were able to remove the old units both from the attic and outside with ease. As it grew late, I could tell something was amiss, and overheard them talking and one of the techs confirmed that the brand new 2 AC compressors were not working and needed to be replaced.
Part of the crew went and got 2 more brand new units and brought those back and within an hour all outside and inside connections were made! Thanks so much to Victor on the crew who told me that he was not going to let me be uncomfortable overnight and they were determined to give me a successful install and have my AC/Furnaces working before they left. Victor also gave me a thorough tutorial/walk through of the AC units and connections outside as well as the furnaces in the attic. He also showed me how to use the new thermostats, connect them through my iphone with the App, and the various settings.
While long, I really wanted to write this review given the experience I had from initial sales contact all through purchase and install and all the points mentioned above. I went to look after the fact of purchase and saw tons of negative reviews for this company and had started to question my decision. I can truly say that my experience was absolutely wonderful and thanks to the crew's dedication to ensure that I was a satisfied client and everything was working before they left. I am thus giving them 5 Stars!! I can only hope that this outstanding service continue through the years with maintenance of the units and the like. Thanks again Victor and the crew, Sales, and the folks at the Home Show as well!

Service was excellent. However, it was my understanding that I was to receive 2 free service calls after purchasing the AC and furnace. This was my second service and I was charged.

Called Lowe's on a Fri and the same day the contractor came the next day our AC was installed! The men that came out and worked non stop until they were through. They never stopped to eat lunch nor did they leave my house! They could have.! But they were Awesome. We will definitely use ARS again and will tell family and friends!
