As a new customer, great deal for a tune-up for heat pump HVAC, found and fixed a couple issues affecting air flow, advised on additional safety or air flow improvements eg air filter replacement frequency. Good explanations, took the time to complete the job despite the promo offering.

The tech was on time gave his name, told me what he was here for, check my furnace out completely, he was polite. Told me that my next appointment, I will need to think about a new coupler, I have been using ARS ever since I moved here 23 years ago.

They came out to give me an estimate on a Wednesday, and the HVAC was installed the next day. Technicians arrived on time, completed the job in the expected time period, cleaned up, showed me how to change the filter, answered my questions, and tested the system thoroughly before leaving. I highly recommend ARS.

This Company was my first time through Lowes im blessed. From The admin ,to oaying it off portion ,to the field staff two Gentleman were clean apparal look neat,. Were Outstanding ,Professional ,Organized, they both explained everything clearly to me ,to see professionals working hard explained paper work to made my Day. Being a Retired veteran I already passed infi on,and also they are doing my entire Hvac system I stand on my word for this company ....and they professionalism.

(Update 9/13/23: Robin of ARS got in touch with me and actually listened to me and they fixed the problem at no charge. Thank you Robin. You are an Angel.) Don't use these people. They will rip you off. I got a new air and heating unit from them in April 2020. In May 2023, I had to pay $1900 for a new coil. In August I had the same problem and was told that I now need a new outdoor condenser unit due to my dog's urine. I don't understand how the first guy who so-called diagnosed the problem in May didn't bring that to my attention. For that matter, I don't understand how the first guy who was supposed to have done maintenance on it but found the problem in May didn't say anything. Not good business.
