I recently got my HVAC system installed, and a few months later my thermostat started to glitch. I called ARS and they set me up with a technician SAME DAY. Kenneth came out to my house and immediately fixed the issue by replacing the thermostat at no cost. He was extremely professional and worked efficiently. Before leaving, Kenneth tested out the system to make sure everything ran smoothly and he was on his way. This is my second time working with ARS and I am very pleased!! Thank you

Armando Infante came to my home and he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem with my thermostat and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured or rushed and am so grateful I chose ARS/Rescue Rooter back in 2018, when they installed my AC, furnace, and thermostat. Their superb customer service and high-quality workmanship is truly impressive!

Love the AC heat pump unit but I feel it was way over priced. However, we just wanted to get it done so went with them at a whim. Service was great and very professional. Nothing against the workmanship just the price of unit and installation was way too expensive. They came back again for about 4th time for thermostat because it was mounted on outside wall that the afternoon sun hits and thermostat was reading in the 90’s but it was actually only 74 in here, but it caused AC to continuously run. This technician did get approval to get a wireless thermostat for us so it can go on inside middle of room. Can’t wait till it comes in so it can be installed.Very nice technician and professional.

We have used ARS For HVAC service, repair and installation for more than 20 years. Last year, ARS told us we neeed to replace the worn out system we first bought from them 14 years ago. The new one is better. Thanks ARS!
