Very impressed with ARS Tech Ken B! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was on-time and explained why and what he was doing to keep my unit working properly. He made me feel confident that I chose ARS to be my service contractor and thanks to people like Ken B, I will continue to do business with ARS.

The ARS technician, Mr. Damon Williams, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained in detail to us about the tasks he performed to prepare our HVAC unit for the winter season. He showed us some pictures and explained the operations of how our unit should be functioning. Very thorough and helped to make it so we could get a little bit better understanding about our heating unit. Great experience! Please send him again next time we need anything from ARS servicing. Great company

Very pleased with this company. From the purchase of my equipment, and to the response time to my concerns, the maintenance technicians are awesome. I appreciate all the information that was told to me on my maintenance visit. Ms. Armando Infante was very informative and professional and did not mind all of my questions. My heating system was checked for proper function before the season changes and I need to use the heat I also have that maintenance done in the late spring before turning on the air conditioning ARS has done it for the past 7 years on this system and it still works like new and I used them on my previous system I've always been satisfied the tech that came out today Mr Joseph Payne was excellent professional courteous covered his feet and wore a mask he worked in a clean and timely fashion.

Our service professional Dennis was just that, professional. During our initial consultation he took his time explaining what our options were and the pros and cons of a given decision. The day of installation we received a call in advance notifying us of his approximate arrival time. He and his assistant took the time to protect our home's floor from outside dirt during both the initial consultation and during the installation. The installation was done very professionally and the cleanup afterwards was thorough and complete. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

From the customer service to the plumbing experience. Everyone was pleasant and informative. They answered every question and was done the work in about 2 hrs. I had a power vent water heater replaced.

I had an issue with my flu leaking and the tech came out the next day to diagnose the problem and tell me exactly what I needed to do.
I reached out to my sales rep on a Sunday morning and he reach back out to me within five minutes to say that he will get it taken care of.

Exceptional service. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the service technician. His tone of explaining of what he was doing was clear and concise. I have some horrible stories from other service providers with to regards rushing through the service process.

Update on 10.03.23 - we had Mike (HVAC) & Sherwin (plumbing) and they were both professional and at our home when they said they would be! They both each talked about what they were doing and why it needed to be done. We invested in the whole house air scrubber and am hopeful that it is helpful overtime! Thank you again!
Update on 05.31.23 - we had Joseph Payne this time around and he was very thorough in his work. Showed me the photos of what he actually did and was upfront with me in terms of repairs. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.
Anteneh was polite & thorough with his work. He showed me how he tested the system to see if the part was necessary or not and I really appreciated that. Definitely will request him the next time we have service done. Thank you!
