Peter provided exceptional customer service. Fortunately, he has serviced my units in the past. He explained the outcome of the service which was good. Also explained the options (Inflation Reduction Tax Credits) in case I wanted upgrade my unit. He will plans to follow-up with me regarding my Nest Thermostat which I still cannot monitor and control remotely since 2018 when my upstairs unti was replaced. This should be ARS responsibility to get this rectified through Nest. There should some sort of protocol in place.

ARS Represenative sold me a Carrier (my choice) HVAC system on Thursday and installed it on Friday. The 2 ARS associates were awesome. Very professional. They were clear on their intentions, concise with explanations and considerate of my property.

We have been using ARS for a few years. We recently had our HVAC unit replaced in our house, and just had the HVAC unit replaced in our rental house.
ARS is very polite and responsive on the phone. Both the sales rep and the guys installing, and checking on our units are professional, polite and responsive.
We are quite pleased with their service, and highly recommend them.
We use them for our fall and spring maintenance calls. Thanks. ARS!

From the first evaluation visit, to the sales visit, to the install, to a quick service, I was met with professional and kind people who care.
