Isaiah you tech is very respectful and clean. Great job. He explained what he was going to check. Also explained system add-ons to help the air in 5he house and your yearly maintenance plans.
If possible give this young man a raise. I called the office to sign up for next next year maintenance plane. His tablet would not let h8m do this at the time.

ARS immediately sent a service tech to my home when the HVAC system went down during an August heatwave. Mr. Magar located the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes. I would call ARS in Nolensville for heating and cooling problems.

The tech found the problem with the installation a $0.90 part called a pee trap would have prevented $5000 damage to the crawlspace. I have black mold to remove and replace the insulation. The has rotted out the insulation. It has been leaking for about as long as it was installed 2 years ago.The indoor split unit may be damaged.

The first one that showed up was professional, but the second two that came over was not that professional or responsive to the issue. The last two that came, Capley and his helper, were professional, responsive, and did what they said that they would do. And did a very professional job, and has pictures of the pipe that was replaced.
