We had a lawn guy hit our unit with a piece of equipment and partially knock the u it off its mounting pad. Called ARS and they were here within an hour and a half, jacked the unit back up to where it was level and put the gauges on it to make sure it was no loosing refrigerant, checke the coils ant the fan motor out and ordered us a new exterior uni pad. The people at ARS manassas have been taking care of us for a couple of years now and they are a reliable efficient company that will take care of all your HVAC needs!

I have a fairly new furnace/heat pump system that now needs a new motor. The good news is my system warranty covers its cost, the bad news is I have to pay for the labor for a replacement motor for my new system!

Lowes set us up with ARS / Rescue Rooter and we couldn't have had a better Plumber, Jacob and a company who puts the customer first. He was very informative and answered all of our questions with professionalism. Did our installation the next day. Very courteous and made sure his feet were covered when entering our house, laid out tarps, and cleaned up after the jobs were completed. Excellent Serviceman!!!!!

The ARS inspector showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of both house HVAC units. He noticed corrosion on one and cross-checked some other measurements to determine there was a problem. Best inspection and report after that I’ve had

Jason came to give us a quote, and spent an extended period of time going over the options with my husband and pointing out issues that had not been brought to our attention previously. Joe, Ernie, Brandon, and George were awesome with installing 2 new systems for us. They were very respectful as I was working from home while they were here and open to any questions and took their time explaining the new system.

Really appreciated the honesty and hard work provided by ARS. They even told me I should be able to get replacement parts for free from the manufacturer instead of trying to charge me extra. I will be using them again.

I believe Josh B. went above & beyond. This young man was called to reset the thermostat, which he did, but he also checked my furnace & heat pump & made sure I was getting the correct cooling temperature. He answered all my questions in a respectful manner. You are lucky to have this man as an employee.

ARS was contracted by another company because the original company could not come out due to other issues they were having. Since the moment ARS was contracted out, they called and and honored their appointment type. The technician Jacob was one in a billion! He was professional, and though my issue could not be fixed in this visit (it may be an electrical issue), he explained everything in great detail so that I understood what was causing my problem (possibly my well pump). I would HIGHLY recommend ARS - they truly are top notch and I appreciate them so much!

Plumber Shawn arrived and immediately recognized the problem an gave us details of what needed to be done. Very friendly and polite. We will use ARS in the future for maintenance of our plumbing equipment.

Service Technician was very Knowledgeable but work area needs a little work on. I informed him of where he needed to work at but he choose another location which was on the grass and a lot of sunlight which I have large trees.He was cleaning the blower in the dirt. I give him cardboard to keep the blower from being in the grass.Over all very professional but needs training on best location for Job accomplishment.
