When my unit went out, ARS immediately came to my rescue. I did an online request through Lowes looking for an AC company. Five (5) minutes after placing the call, ARS came out the same day. Joseph S was very professional, understanding and attentive to my needs. He came out on Tuesday and my new unit was installed on Wednesday, very super fast service. I could not believe how quickly they were able to install a new unit. The install was seamless and the service was great! I highly recommend Joseph S (HVAC Comfort Specialist) and the installer. It wash worth the money!

It was a pleasure to talk with Ms. Stephanie who is an outstanding manager and Mr. Chris who is an excellent technician. ARS is lucky to have you guys and I was very impressed to see something so rare in life and that is not one but two knowledgeable, reliable and very professional individuals. They are both passionate about the quality of work they bring and the customer/ families happiness at the same time. They communicate extremely well as a team and it prove vital!!!!

ARS did an excellent job installing my AC unit. I was pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.
I want to add to my review. I was having problems with my newly installed AC unit. My technician(Logan), came out and promised me that he wouldn't leave until my issue was resolved. I tell you the unit was whipping him like a WWF wrestling match. He called a tag team partner (Scott), who stayed with him until after 9pm. There was sweat dropping everywhere. The bottom line is they were true to their word. They got our air cooling and I am a happy client. Thank you guts again.

The best thing about this company is the rapid response over the weekend. Not sure if I was going the get the service done on a Sunday!!..But they did! The technician did a great job and had my A/C unit working right away!!…on a Sunday!!.The best part!

Our technician was great and very understanding. By the time he got here, I was very upset, he was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable about my problem. He made us feel like we were important and he would be sure to get it done tonight! He gave good tips on how to keep it up and clean. He could have told us that we had to wait til tomorrow for the unit to defrosted but he chose to sweat with us and take a few extra min to be sure and allow the unit to thaw!! What a guy. Even after all that, I have a 5 year old, he took a few extra min again to acknowledge my child and have a quick conversation with him, made a huge difference to us. Mr. Dooley, you truly are the best and thank you so much for understanding and having lots of patience with me...

The representative showed up early and although it was extremely hot, they never stopped until the job was done and our new water heater was installed. We were happy that they ensured we were up to code. 😊
Polite, prompt, professional and price was about what we expected.

Excellent company with a very impressive response time. One of my AC systems died I called numerous other AC repair companies they all said it would be 4-5 days before they could come out. ARS came out the same day. They had a very professional and knowledgable tech come out and diagnose the problem on a Friday evening. I chose to replace my entire heating and AC systems due to age and constant break downs every summer. They sent a very knowledgable Rep out Saturday morning to help pick out a system that would work best for my home and gave me a quote that was much more affordable than I expected. By Monday morning they had a excellent team of installers that came out and replaced both of my entire heating and AC systems in about 6-7hours and I was back to normal with my AC blowing nice and cold ever since. I am extremely pleased with the service and quality work and experience I had using ARS and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know that needs any type of heating and AC repair. I couldn’t have dreamed of a more pleasant experience. Job well done ARS

The Tech Fabrice was very professional and informal. Though he wasn't able to fix the issue he helped me to make an formal decision on how to get the issues repaired.
I will most certainly be using them again in the future. As long as they have great techs like Fabrice 👍🏾 👌🏾
