Everyone I interacted with from ARS was professional and helpful from the contact center to the tech. They got my AC running quickly within hours of my first call. I was so pleased with the with the experience I went with the year service plan.

This company told me they were going to be here at a certain time and actually showed up earlier. Abdul was professional and well-knowledgeable of the job he needed to get done! He was very professional! Will definitely use their services again! Than you ARS!!!

The service tech was very profesional and polite he unclogged my main sewer drain and I get a free scope they scheduled a scope and so they are gonna run a video camera in my drain to make sure everything is in good working conditions so I paid $83 for them opening my drain which took a lil time and I get the scope as well I will recomend ARS to my friends and family and ohbyeah if he would not have got it open it wouldn't have cost me a dime!!!

The ARs technician that arrived, Dakota, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He diagnosed the problem as being with my toilet versus my drain line which saves me significant money potentially. I recommend them for service.

Shawn and Shane were extremely helpful as I dealt with a dead HVAC - turns out the issue was the thermostat. I’m trying to determine what to do next as the unit is an insanely priced Carrier Infinity model (Carrier is insane, not ARS).
I would highly recommend ARS for service provided by honest and talented people who are timely and considerate. Call them with confidence!
