Nico was great! He explained everything to me! The last time I had service I was told I needed a compressor. What I don't understand is that my unit was put in 4 Years ago! I had a part replaced in April 2023. The labor for 10 minutes was ridiculous! Then was told I needed a new compressor for $2500???
Today 10-18-23 I did not need a compressor but I wanted a hard start put in but I cost $436 to put in a $40 part that takes about 15 min???? I also needed a surge protector at $408. With I I would have been paying I can buy a new unit! I was offered less to put in a new unit but I went with you guys! I'm very disappointed. I cannot afford all this!

I would highly recommend ARS. They came when they stared they would arrive. The tech, John, was responsible, respectful and communicated what was needed and kept us informed. Great company.

We had them come out and check out a squeeling sound from our unit. The service tech was fantastic, professional, honest, and informative. We will need a replacement unit but he showed me all the issues in our super old unit and had a representative come out that same night for a quote. I would recommend to anyone.

He was very helpful and went above and beyond his responsibly. My condenser motor stopped working and he called various places to find a new motor to replace my broken one on a Saturday.
I give him 11 star.
I’m in tears with gratefulness to find a wonderful service and a kind person to help me out.

Tristan is timely, professional, polite, very knowledgeable & compassionate. Like reminding me not to put my garage door down because my car is pulled halfway out and asking if I needed assistance readjusting my thermostat to the temperature that I had it at prior to the visit and reminding me that my side garage door may still be unlocked. Very considerate!

Installers Patrick and Eric came for replacing my AC inside and outside units of the house. They were great, working hard from early morning until late evening. They were doing excellent job. They took time installing and after finished , their jobs looked professional. Amazing jobs! We love it. Highly recommend ARS to friends and families!
