Everyone who I dealt with was super knowledgable and professional. Chris was able to come right out to my home and provide me with the right information to get us all set up. Chaz and Josh were able to come out next day and set up our new A/C system and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They had to work through the scorching heat both in and outside of our house since we did not have a working a/c when they got here. Even through a few hours of rain they were able to install our new system without issue.

ARS and it's representatives have done everything I have asked them to do during the installation and set-up of my new Carrier package unit at my single wide mobile home. My home has been, and still is under construction (drywall), and there have been some set backs, but we are Both striving to complete the project on both ends, so as to provide me with a properly working system when all is said and done. ARS final assessment of installation and operation will be completed once I finish sealing up the walls properly, and we discuss the overall performance of this 3-ton unit in my mobile home. I am very pleased with the response of everyone from ARS, including my sales representative Robert Huerta, Service manager Jimmy Davila and all of the different installers who have been involved in the project up to this point. modifications had to made at my home and ARS assisted with labor and material to accommodate those needs and concerns. I am hoping to have a final assessment on proper operation as soon as possible, but I fully expect to be satisfied with the final product supplied to me by ARS, and I experience summer and winter comfort from the Carrier Unit for years to come. ARS is living up to their claim to make the customer 100% happy, what ever it takes. What more can you ask from a Company. I expect to elaborate more after the final assessment is completed. Thanks. I’d like to thank Andreas for his knowledge of his products and that of all of the manufacturers of air conditioning equipment. He was personable, polite, and thorough! The two installers, Alfredo and Randy were equally as knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Their work was meticulous and neat!
I highly recommended ARS for your needs in the installation your air conditioning system. I’d like also to give a shout out to Brian for making this process as transparent as possible!

ARS came through when my air was out. When the first company I called was lacking in response, I called ARS and they sent someone right out. He quickly diagnosed my problem and told me he could get the part and the job done today 9/21/23. He kept his word and did a thorough job in getting my system back on line. Thank you ARS!

Great experience with our install. Not that easy replacing a unit in a condo but they did a wonderful job. Took time to explain what they were doing and went over how to use thermostat, change filter and where to put drain cleaner in. Sales man and company followed up during and after install was complete. Highly recommend.

My HVAC system had to be replaced because of age, the team from ARS came out and explained to me step by step what was wrong and what needs to happen to fix the problem and made it happen. Now I have a new system that works.

Just got our 6 month maintenance check today and they also had to fix something from the county inspection. They were here the next day after signing papers and had it all installed that day, but started leaking through the ceiling and they said they would have someone come and paint the 2-3 spots and have not heard one word regarding that matter. Hopefully we will get that taken care of soon. They did come the following day after installation and stopped the leaking , like 9:00pm.

ILIR was awesome. He was courteous and respectful and explained everything so I could understand and he showed me pictures to illustrate. He did a great job.
July 3. 2023: Eksimiljan was polite, friendly, trustworthy and kind. He went above and beyond to explain everything and has a beautiful smile. I highly recommend him!
