They said it would take 2 days to install my ac and handler and replace the duct work but it only took one day. I signed the contract with them and they came out the next day to replace everything. They are courtiest and polite and when they finished they cleaned up everything and explained how to use my Google thermostat and took their time explaining everything to me. Excellent service.

Unfortunately I was not home at the time of the service, but Tristan ( hope I spelt his name right ) was diligent in calling me throughout the process, informing me of all the pros and cons of the service that was needed . My daughter, son -in- law and grandson was present, but he followed through despite their presence. Speaking to him by phone made me feel at ease that he knew his job and it was obvious based on the remarks made by my family of his demeanor and professionalism. I will like to recommend having him service my unit in the future. Thank you

Very professional and clean work. I really loved how well Josh Smith the comfort advisor made everything so clear to us...every step of the way. During installation Randy and Alfredo where very helpful in explaining to us each step of the way what was being done. Although having an A/C issue can be stressful EVERYONE came together as a company to help make this process A LOT easier. Thank you to all!!

They were patient and took the time to explain everything. The products are of high quality and delivered on time. They’re friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I was surprised on the level of service from the technician. He diagnosed and repaired. T electrical problem quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommended ARS for all your Heating and A/C repairs. I highly recommend that having a service contract to periodically check out the functions of your unit.

Chaz and Josh installed my new indoor and outdoor unit on my home, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with the installation. They where friendly and very helpful with the questions I had. Awesome guys and hard workers! Chris came out to give me my quote and was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely thorough and knowledgable about what I needed to make my home efficient. Would recommend this company for any and all Hvac needs

We had an 18 year old AC unit that had to be replaced. ARS came in early morning, dismantled the old units, cleaned, performed maintenance to original ducts and connections, and installed the new units, all in a few hours and minimum disruption to us.
ARS also took care of all permits, and we are only waiting for the final inspection to be over. I highly recommend their services, their techs are very respectful and responsible, if desired, they will explain step by step what they're doing and walk you throughout the process.

We had our semi annual maintenance on our hvac done today. The technician, Sefit, was on time , friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. We are very pleased with ARS.

Technician arrived as scheduled. He was respectful and knowledgeable. Although he was unable to connect my thermostat to my phone he was unable because of my internet connection. He was patient and diligent in his efforts which was noteworthy. I highly recommend this polite young man.
