Wow! From the customer service on the phone to the HVAC tech Eks Duzha was very detail oriented and very patient and knowledgeable. Our Comfort Advisor is Andreas Pistulli was so knowledgeable & down to earth. It was like having a conversation with a family member. The professionalism was outstanding. This is a great company and they hire top notch employees! 💯🙂

Even though we were without AC for over a week because the part we needed was on back order. ARS company bent over backwards to help us. Brought a portable AC unit to help. Offered to pay for a hotel. The two installers were very professional and kind. They worked quickly to get us up and running again.

Travis was professional and knowledgeable the entire time, and made the process less complicated. He understood what I wanted and showed me what I needed. I googled four other companies before deciding to go with Travis only because he made it easy and affordable for me to go with their business. I highly recommend you work with Travis because he understands what you need and gives you what you need and not what you can’t afford.

The appointment process was super easy. Travis went above and beyond to get me to a price point I could afford. He was very courteous and professional. I am very happy with the process so far.
EDIT: Just had install done. The 2 gentleman where here when they said. Jeff and the other gentleman worked thier butts off all day to replace everything and get my ac up and running. They left my yard and house immaculate. I am very happy 😊 overall.

Tristan helped me out with a new unit I have. It started to form algae. He was super informative and really kind. He explained how everything worked and did the job in a professional manner without causing damage or getting the area dirty. Give this guy a raise. Any company would be happy to have him.

Travis Grippe was over at our house tonight, we had an issue with our 23 yr old unit and needed a new HVAC system. We received a referral through home depot for a free estimate. Travis was very thorough, explained a lot of things to us about the system, we are new homeowners and bombarded him with questions. He was very patient and explained everything in detail. Addressed our concerns and touched key points on things that were a concern to us. Amazing customer service, did everything to help us stay within budget and give us affordable options, as well as good equipment and warranty info. we made a purchase and hope the rest of this transaction goes as well as it did with Travis the sales rep. Thank you :)

Cecil the Tech did an excellent fast and efficient job fixing my AC unit. Had a 2yr warranty for both my Carrier units so glad ARS upheld their agreement to service and repair.
